Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks an Inventory Control Specialist I & II with Secret clearance to support NSWG-8 logistics. You will manage property accountability, conduct inventories, and ensure audit trails across DPAS, COLTS and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities include processing property for disposal, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with departmental clerks and officers to resolve issues. On-site Virginia Beach location; prior SOF logistics experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of military logistics and inventory management experience.
• Experience with COLTS DPAS and MS Office applications is required.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready records and property accountability trails.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NSWG-8 Logistics Officer by utilizing DPAS, SPEAR, and COLTS for inventory tracking.
• Schedule and monitor inventory progress; conduct inventories and post results.
• Maintain property accountability records with complete audit trails.
• Mark, receive, issue and sign for property; ensure proper barcoding in government systems.
• Provide inventory support to SRT-1/LOGSU-8/IMD-8 as needed.
• Coordinate with Property Clerks, Responsible Officers and Accountable Property Officers.
