Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC in Virginia Beach seeks a Junior Level Property Management Logistician to support DoD property accountability within NSWC. You will leverage APSR, DPAS, and legacy systems to track receipts, transfers, and disposals, ensuring accuracy.

The role emphasizes inventory planning, data extraction to Excel/Word, and training others on APSR operations. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position requiring compliance with DoD procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years’ logistics support experience with government systems.
• One year with APSR peripherals or similar IT equipment.
• One year with WebFLIS, SOCOM Catalog Request Module (SOCM), EMI, FED LOG.
• One year with DPAS WM and DPAS PA functionality.
• Experience complying with CNSWCINST 4460.1F, 5200.45 and SOCOM directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing inventory plans monthly, quarterly, yearly and spot checks.
• Collaborate to identify assets meeting AP criteria and update records.
• Define and document property management processes and audit requirements.
• Support deployment of APSR and transition data from FleetFocus, COLTS and DPAS.
• Provide training on APSR usage and data reporting.
