Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer in Pasadena, CA who will continue originating while team-building a branch. You will have a base salary with commissions based on personal production and branch results, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will work with processing, underwriting, and back-office support to focus on production, recruiting, and coaching, leveraging your referral network for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) license is required.
• 3+ years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Candidate is a player-coach / senior LO ready to lead a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refi loans through your network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers.
• Lead the branch culture and branch P&L performance.
