Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage to continue originating while building a high-performing team in Riverside, CA. You’ll keep your own production, while we provide processing, underwriting, and back-office support.

You’ll recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers, grow the branch's P&L, and lead the branch culture. A licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a strong referral network is required; compensation includes base salary plus commissions and a potential sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
