Job summary

PRMI, located in Fontana, CA, seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to continue originations while we provide processing, underwriting and back-office support. You’ll keep originating and leverage your referral network for growth.

You will recruit and coach loan officers, drive branch performance, and contribute to the branch’s P&L with a producer-first approach. Strong compensation awaits with base plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady production.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS); Principal Lending license or eligibility.
• Strong real estate agent and builder referral network.
• Willingness to coach loan officers and grow a branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans, leveraging your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers on a regular basis.
• Lead the branch culture and improve the branch's P&L.
