Job summary

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer at our Pasadena, TX location. You will continue origination while our processing, underwriting and back-office support handle the rest to focus on production.

Expect compensation from a base salary ranging up to $220K plus commissions and a potential sign-on bonus. You will recruit and coach loan officers, shaping the branch culture and profitability.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS)
• Principal Lending license or ability to obtain one as required by state
• Strong referral network in real estate and builders

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
