PRMI is seeking a high-producing Mortgage Loan Officer to lead a branch while continuing to originate. The role provides processing, underwriting, and back-office support so you can focus on production, recruiting and coaching.

You’ll join a 28-year, multi-billion-dollar lender with nationwide reach and strong access to capital markets, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits to top performers.

Qualifications

• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). Principal Lending license or ability to obtain one.
• About 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and growth of the branch's P&L.
