Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls is hiring an Experienced Service Advisor. The role involves initiating repairs, verifying warranties, preparing estimates and repair orders, and coordinating between customers and technicians to ensure clear service needs are met.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of service advisory experience in a dealership, a basic automotive knowledge, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive compensation includes bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

• 2+ years of service advisor/service writer experience.
• Previous dealership experience preferred.
• Team player focused on customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Mansioni

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by diagnosing performance problems.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates; write RO; maintain customer records.
• Communicate between customer and technician to clarify needs.
• Cost materials, labor, and deductibles to calculate customer payment.
• Prepare RO, obtain signatures, enter RO into service system.
• Inform customer of additional service needs based on inspection.
