Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by diagnosing performance problems.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
• Develop estimates; write RO; maintain customer records.
• Communicate between customer and technician to clarify needs.
• Cost materials, labor, and deductibles to calculate customer payment.
• Prepare RO, obtain signatures, enter RO into service system.
• Inform customer of additional service needs based on inspection.

Dealership: L0152 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Great Falls Now Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $4k - $6k monthly Hiring Bonus: $2,000 at sign on and another $3,000 after 6 months of employment! Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift. Department Hours: Monday through Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

What You'll Do

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer records
• Communicate between the customer and technician ensuring the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed service/repairs
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs
