• 1+ year automotive service or dealership experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers and team members.
• Professional, dependable approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Service Manager to develop departmental plans, goals, and performance standards.
• Document and implement procedures for reconditioning activities on used vehicles.
• Conduct intake inspections and estimates for trade-ins and auction purchases to determine reconditioning needs.
• Aim for a 72-hour turnaround time to place vehicles on the lot for sale.
• Break down reconditioning estimates to ensure labor and parts pricing is accurate before work begins.
• Ensure quality control checks throughout the reconditioning process and coordinate with Sales and Service Managers to minimize post-sale work.
