• Experience creating and stewarding topline business plans.
• Extensive experience with OBPPC plan development & analytics.
• Advanced English language required; proficient with PowerPoint and Excel.

• Develop business strategy with topline growth focus across all channels.
• Provide forecast evaluation, performance analysis and top-down perspective.
• Lead weekly/monthly topline performance reviews with Commercial Leadership and present insights.
• Create and implement annual and 5-year planning strategies.
• Develop market studies and indicators to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Arca Continental Corporate and Finance teams on strategic initiatives.
