Job summary

KingRecruitingServices seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist for a full-time practice in Mattoon, Illinois, with opportunities for expansion into additional locations. The position offers a high earning potential and a strong referral network within a premier regional healthcare facility.

You will perform general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT across multiple sites, with flexible scheduling options (7-on/7-off or alternate weeks) to accommodate

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology residency.
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois license (or eligible).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical judgment and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across a broad practice scope.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites at multiple sites; support expansion as needed.
• Design and establish a flexible practice schedule, including 7-on/7-off or alternate weeks.
• Collaborate with internal referral networks to manage high patient backlogs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure coordinated follow-up care.
