Emerald Lawns is hiring for a Maintenance Technician role on the Top-Dressing Crew in Texas. You will service residential and commercial properties, apply lawn treatments with hand and powered equipment, and help diagnose issues while educating homeowners on care practices.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our Top-Dressing Crew, you’ll:

• Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently


• Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments


• Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases


• Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care


• Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions


• Upsell additional services to existing and new customers


• Communicate clearly with customers and resolve concerns onsite

• Hourly wage: $19.00 – $20.00 (based on experience)


• Hourly, non-exempt position
