Emerald Lawns is hiring an Application Technician to join our outdoors-focused team. You’ll deliver high-quality lawn care for residential and commercial properties, with paid training from day one and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely and professional manner.
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment.
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases.
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner

Pay & Schedule

• $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Year-round work, including winter season opportunities
