Green T is hiring Application Technicians to care for outdoor spaces and promote growth within a fast-growing company. Paid training starts day one, and employees receive modern trucks and top-notch equipment to perform high-quality lawn care for residential and commercial properties.

As an Application Technician, you will apply treatments, perform soil analysis, educate customers, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining safety and professionalism on-site.

• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases

• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site

What You’ll Do

Pay & Schedule

• $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
