Job summary

Emerald Lawns, LLC is hiring for a Top-Dressing Crew member to service residential and commercial properties, applying top-dressing and lawn treatments with hand and powered equipment. You will perform soil analysis and help control lawn pests while educating homeowners on care.

Expect a safety-focused role with opportunities to upsell services. This is an on-site, year-round position with paid training, strong equipment, and a supportive team that values teamwork and pride in outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• At least 21 years old (required to drive company vehicles).
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As a member of our Top-Dressing Crew, you’ll:

• Service residential and commercial properties safely and efficiently
• Use hand and powered equipment to apply top-dressing and lawn treatments
• Perform soil analysis and help control insects, weeds, and diseases
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn and landscape care
• Identify lawn issues and recommend customized solutions

• Hourly wage: $19.00 – $20.00 (based on experience)
• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Year-round work, including winter season opportunities
