Emerald Lawns in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Application Technician to join our outdoors-focused team. You’ll deliver high-quality lawn care for homes and businesses, operating hand and powered equipment, and applying treatments safely while following our training.

No prior experience required—paid training starts day one. This role offers year-round work, opportunities to grow within the company, and a supportive team that values safety, reliability, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded).
• Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement).
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner.

What You’ll Do

• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Year-round work, including winter season opportunities
