Green T is hiring an Application Technician to join our team in Aurora, Illinois. If you enjoy working outdoors and taking pride in your work, this role offers paid training from day one and room to grow within a fast-growing company that promotes from within.

You’ll deliver high-quality lawn care services, apply treatments, analyze soil, educate customers, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining safety and professionalism on every job site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• At least 21 years old with company vehicle requirement.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
• Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
• Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
• Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
• Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner

Pay & Schedule

• $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Hourly, non-exempt position
