The Dispatcher will manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with ServiceTitan experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong phone-based customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Experience or familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a 5-Star customer experience through clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Manage and optimize daily schedules for field professionals.
• Serve as the primary customer contact from dispatch through job completion.
• Handle appointment confirmations and rescheduling, and provide customer updates.
• Assist with inbound customer service calls as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Perform follow-ups after completed appointments.
• Follow up on unsold estimates and support office operations as needed.
