This role requires proven F&I performance, excellent closing skills, and the ability to manage a high deal flow without compromising CSI or compliance.

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager.
• Strong product penetration with lenders and upsell of protection plans.
• Excellent closing and presentation skills under high deal volume.
• Commitment to profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
