Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team and deliver a high-quality guest financing experience. You will handle all aspects of the auto loan process, including presenting back-end products and managing contracts with Prime/Mid-prime/Sub-prime lenders.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a finance manager role, the ability to work with lenders that specialize in sub-prime credit, and a proven track record of achieving funding goals.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM of 2 YEARS in a finance manager role.
• Ability to effectively rehash deals with Prime/Mid-prime/Sub-prime lenders.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings.
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Take a transaction from A-Z, from the initial lead inquiry to delivery and funding.
• Sell back-end products including service contracts, GAP, and paint/fabric sealants.
• Manage contracts in transit on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate resilience with lenders that specialize in sub-prime credit.
• Record all stipulations that come with a subprime file.
• Work with Prime/Mid-prime/Sub-prime lenders to close deals.
• Provide a high level of guest service to ensure satisfaction.
