Job summary

Norm Reeves Dealerships in Vista, CA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Honda dealership's new and used vehicle sales operations. This leadership role focuses on driving volume, maximizing profitability, and building a high-performance sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will work closely with Finance to structure deals, coach staff, analyze KPI data, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional CSI across all car operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive sales management experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume automotive sales.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
• Strong F&I knowledge and deal-structuring ability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, desking tools and digital platforms.
• Honda/Import brand experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all new vehicle sales operations.
• Drive volume, gross profit, and market share growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Finance to optimize deals.
• Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to standards.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising.
• Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance.
• Review sales reports, track KPIs, and implement improvements.
