Job summary

Role involves stocking, assisting with merchandise, and occasionally loading items while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work in multiple departments is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer and retail tech for 6+ months.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Able to work in various store departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
