Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement projects. You will interact with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure customers' needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs, or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
