Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and data entry.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills (basic).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (color, size, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
