Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, tooling, machining, or fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, repair, and maintain molds, patterns, fixtures, tooling.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to produce tooling to spec.
• Work in a composite shop with PPE requirements.
• Support safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Assist team members and share best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving.
