Job summary

FieldCore in Atlanta, GA seeks a Sourcing Tooling Manager I to own end-to-end NAM tooling spend strategy across 9 Tool Centers (7 US, 2 Canada). You’ll drive SQDC outcomes through regional execution and global alignment.

Based in Atlanta with regular travel to NAM Tool Centers and supplier sites, you’ll lead a team of Buyers, partner with Finance, EHS, Quality and Legal, and report to the Global Sourcing Manager for Tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sourcing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, and/or supply chain experience across multiple categories.
• 2+ years direct tooling commodities and tooling supply chain experience.
• Experience managing OPEX and CAPEX spend.
• Experience with supplier management, contracting and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma continuous improvement.
• Fluent and proficient in English; end-to-end sourcing system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own NAM Tool Center tooling spend portfolio (OPEX & CAPEX) and interface with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with Tool Center Managers, Operations, Finance, EHS, Quality and Legal.
• Escalate supplier performance issues and manage disputes across NAM tooling supply base.
• Align NAM execution with global tooling strategy, KPIs and playbook.
• Lead regular reviews with suppliers and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach Buyers/Procurement Leads and travel to NAM Tool Centers as needed.
• Drive cost-out and savings tracking, including COPQ recovery and cash improvements.
