FieldCore is seeking a Sourcing Tooling Manager I to own the NAM tooling spend and execute end-to-end sourcing across 9 Tool Centers in North America, including the US and Canada. Based in Atlanta, GA, this role interfaces with Tool Center leadership, Finance, EHS, Quality, and Operations, and requires regular travel.

You will lead a team of Sourcing Buyers, develop commodity strategies, and drive cost-out while aligning with global tooling strategy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years in procurement/sourcing across multiple categories.
• 2+ years tooling experience and OPEX/CAPEX exposure.
• LEAN/Six Sigma experience and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent English, strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own NAM tooling spend portfolio and drive end-to-end sourcing.
• Lead stakeholder relationships across Tool Centers, Finance, EHS, Quality, Operations.
• Negotiate agreements and manage supplier performance and risk.
• Drive cost-out, supply resilience, and COPQ recovery.
• Support VMI and AI-enabled sourcing tools; lead Lean initiatives.
