Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sourcing - North America to lead strategic direction, planning, and execution of the NA sourcing team across all business units. You will partner with executives to align goals, negotiate with vendors, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery while driving localization efforts in the US, Mexico, and Canada.

You will build a high-energy team, champion continuous improvement, and develop metrics and technologies to drive real-time decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• 15+ years of progressive management experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience building USA and Mexico based suppliers.
• Strong negotiating skills with Project Leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate candidly with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing risk mitigation strategies for sourced materials.
• Experience in high-volume consumer product manufacturing desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive all aspects of the sourcing function for North America.
• Build and develop a high-energy sourcing team with training and performance management.
• Model Milwaukee culture through their team.
• Foster continuous improvement and innovative thinking across organization and suppliers.
• Own supplier relationship development and management for all Milwaukee Business Units.
• Create strategies to reduce direct material costs while maintaining quality, service, and working capital goals.
• Drive strategy and execution of parts localization into USA, Mexico, and Canada.
• Establish leadership, metrics, and strategies for indirect spend (Facilities, MRO, Office Supplies, Sales/Brand, Merchandizing, Capital).
• Build technology to track metrics in real time for faster decision making.
• Develop suppliers and explore joint development opportunities for new product goals.
• Define and calculate vendor performance metrics; review with vendors and improve performance.
• Work with global teams to align product requirements and sourcing tactics.
• Identify suppliers, acquire quotes, negotiate best total costs while ensuring quality and service.
• Develop capital, operating, and staffing budgets; provide fiscal oversight and adjust for variations.
