FieldCore, part of GE Vernova's One Field Services, is seeking a Tooling Supply Chain Director I to manage the global tooling tools portfolio valued at hundreds of millions, drive inventory optimization, and lead data-driven CapEx governance.

Reporting to the Global Operations Director, you will collaborate with regional tooling leaders to align strategy with NPI, outages, and service bulletins while delivering on key performance targets. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 11+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 6+ years managing and/or developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
• 5+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the planning, governance, and optimization of the $350M Global Tooling portfolio (tooling catalog of 155K+) and annual spend of up to $50M.
• Own global materials, plant master data, inventory and warehouse management strategy, standards, and controls, including physical inventory, FTZ, audit and compliance reporting, and inventory accuracy.
• Own global tooling investment strategy and CapEx governance, including prioritization, approvals, budget execution, and value realization; leverage AI-enabled digital workflows to simplify tactical tracking and improve decision-making.
• Lead inventory intelligence and planning, including MRP controller governance, demand and out-year forecasting, Min/Max optimization, scenario planning, and asset utilization analytics to maximize tooling availability while minimizing inventory and P&E spend.
• Work closely with Value Stream Teams on tooling requirements for NPI, Live Outage productivity, TILs, and service bulletins, and develop the global strategy for introducing new tooling.
• Achieve critical tooling KPI objectives including financial targets, tool utilization, tool liquidation, P&E, tool loss, forecasting, EHS, quality and external metrics such as tool recovery and on time demand.
