Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sourcing – North America to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of the NA sourcing function. You will partner with executives to optimize costs, quality, and delivery while building a high-energy team and driving continuous improvement across the business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a technical field.
• 15+ years of strong progressive management experience in Sourcing or Supply Chain Operations with team leadership and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all aspects of the sourcing function for North America.
• Define and articulate strategy and vision for the NA sourcing team.
• Negotiate with vendors and optimize total cost, quality, delivery, and safety.
• Build and develop a high-energy sourcing team with engagement.
• Foster continuous improvement and Milwaukee culture across the organization.
• Develop supplier relationships and localization strategies for USA, Mexico, and Canada.
• Establish leadership and metrics for indirect spend (Facilities, MRO, Office, Sales, Merchandising).
• Track metrics with real-time data and drive faster decisions.
