Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Tooling Supply Chain Director I to lead the global tooling portfolio, govern materials, inventory, and CapEx, and align automation and analytics with our FieldCore vision. You’ll collaborate with Global Tooling Optimization Leaders and Regional Tooling Directors to drive execution excellence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 11+ years of progressive experience, 6+ years leading multi-discipline teams with international reach, and 5+ years in the industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 11+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 6+ years managing and/or developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
• 5+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and governance of the $350M Global Tooling portfolio and $50M annual spend.
• Own global materials, plant master data, inventory, and warehouse management strategy.
• Lead investment strategy and CapEx governance, including AI-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate with Global Tooling and Regional Directors to drive execution.
• Improve tool availability while reducing inventory and P&E spend.
