Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager Tool Engineering 3 (Control Account Manager) in Palmdale, CA. The role coordinates IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives, and leads staff through performance management and mentoring.

CAM responsibilities include EVMS tracking, proposals, invoicing projections, and procurement coordination. Preferred candidates hold a STEM degree (B.S./M.S./PhD) with 3+ years leading teams or projects, and possess EVMS and CAM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or higher with 3 years leading teams or projects.
• Experience in tooling, manufacturing/operations, or production environment.
• EVMS experience and CAM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with program and operations leadership to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Develop and deliver presentations to customers and senior leaders.
• Direct supervision and performance management of staff; coaching and development.
• Ensure EVMS compliance for direct, capital, and indirect budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage data and leadership briefings.
