The role involves leading tooling development, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve quality, durability, and cost‑effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC programming, high-speed machining, EDM, and grinding preferred.
• Familiarity with quality standards, GD&T, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
