International is seeking a Tool and Die Manager-Engineer with stamping experience to oversee multi-million-dollar tooling across its full lifecycle, from pre-production through service. The role entails managing costs, quality, and timing while partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of relevant experience, strong stamping dies/tooling/manufacturing knowledge (auto preferred), and proven project management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of relevant tooling/engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in stamping dies, tooling, or manufacturing (auto preferred).
  • Experience in leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multi-million-dollar tooling programs through full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end tooling process, including financials, design reviews, construction, try-outs, commissioning, and build support to meet cost, quality, and timing targets.
  • Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure program success.
  • Oversee procurement, planning, inventory, and vendor performance.
