We are seeking a skilled Tool and Die Manager-Engineer with stamping experience to support our Procurement organization, overseeing multi-million-dollar tooling across its full lifecycle—from pre-production through service, including engineering changes, refurbishment, and relocations. This position is located onsite at International WHQ in Lisle, IL.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end tooling process, including financials, design reviews, construction, try-outs, commissioning, and build support to ensure cost, quality, and timing targets are met. You will partner closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure program success, while also managing procurement, planning, inventory, and vendor performance.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, along with leadership experience or an equivalent background. Strong expertise in stamping dies, tooling, or manufacturing—preferably in automotive—combined with project management, communication, and analytical skills is essential.
