Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Tooling Design Engineer in Bellevue, OH to lead end-to-end NPI from RFQ to production launch and to design tooling and fixtures using 2D/3D software. You will manage BOMs and ERP data while coordinating with vendors and the tooling department on capital projects.

The role requires strong blueprint reading and hands-on experience on the factory floor. Ideal candidates have at least five years in manufacturing, familiarity with RFQ processes, and proficiency in CAD, BOM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Minimum of five years of manufacturing experience
• Experience with RFQ (request for quotes) process
• Experience creating BOMs in an ERP system
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with 2D/3D software
• MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End NPI from RFQ through production launch.
• Create 3D CAD models, tooling, and fixtures with validation.
• Maintain BOMs, routings, work centers, and ERP standards.
