Blue Origin’s Lunar Permanence team provides tooling and GSE design support for the production of lunar vehicle hardware. You will translate requirements into tooling concepts, release engineering artifacts, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, tooling design, GSE design, production support, or hardware development.
• Proven experience designing and releasing tooling, fixtures, and GSE for mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling, fixtures, handling equipment, and GSE for efficient manufacturing and test of flight hardware.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop build processes and tooling concepts.
• Plan and support builds of engineering demonstrators and prototype hardware; assist fabrication and testing.
