Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, tooling design, GSE design, or hardware development, preferably in aerospace or regulated industry.

Responsibilities

• Design tooling, fixtures, handling equipment, and GSE for efficient manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop new or revised build processes and tooling concepts.
• Plan builds of engineering demonstrators, test articles, and prototype hardware with hands‑on support.
• Drive DFX principles, conduc producibility assessments, support trade studies, and bridge manufacturing gaps.
• Define, develop, and refine tooling and GSE requirements for rapid design, fabrication, and iteration.
• Develop, release, and maintain engineering documentation (CAD models, drawings, specs, procedures).
• Support tooling fabrication, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
