DeWALT Customer Service Representative is an on-site role in Norcross, GA, on first shift (Mon-Fri) at $20.00/hr. The position involves handling pricing, cataloging, and order extension, while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales for DeWALT and Stanley Black & Decker brands.

The role requires strong product knowledge, ability to work with customers in person and over the phone, and skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Experience handling pricing, catalog numbering, quantity verification, and order extension.
• Ability to attract customers by answering questions and suggesting products/services to drive sales.
• Experience conducting sales and service at the counter and over the phone.
• Proficiency in explaining product applications, features, benefits and proper handling/maintenance.
• Experience resolving product or service problems by clarifying complaints and expediting solutions.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing and cataloging, verify quantities, and extend items on customer orders.
• Answer product/service questions to attract customers and drive incremental sales.
• Conduct customer sales and service at the counter and via phone.
• Provide product application guidance and upsell services and products.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying causes and expediting corrective action.
