Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker's DeWALT Factory Service Representative role is an onsite position in Norcross, GA focused on professional service and support for Product Services Division customers, handling clerical duties, processing orders, and providing POS support.

You will assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, catalog identification, and sales at the counter or by phone, while ensuring accurate calculations and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday full time, with additional hours as needed to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Handle pricing and product catalog identification, verify quantity, and extend all items on customer orders.
• Answer product and service questions to attract potential customers, drive incremental sales, and suggest additional products and services.
• Conduct customer sales and service at the counter and via phone.
• Service customers on product application, features, benefits, and proper handling and maintenance.
• Make sales of services, programs, and products to customers.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Operate with a high degree of integrity, accountability, dependability, and reliability with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and salesmanship.
