Job summary

Pridgeon & Clay is seeking an EAM Coordinator – Tool Room to support inventory maintenance, records management, and tool room activities. You will set up and monitor stocking points, run reports, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet schedules.

The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional teamwork, and adherence to quality policies as part of our continuous improvement efforts. A strong data-entry capability and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Exposure to purchasing environment and maintenance ordering system is preferred.
• Able to interact positively with suppliers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong data entry.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform detailed projects.
• Excellent work record including attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain records in EAM database; monitor stocking levels.
• Maintain Equipment Maintenance records in EAM database.
• Run reports in EAM/Jasper; provide charting as needed.
• Administer stock replenishment; create requisitions for non-stock items.
• Coordinate and track Returns, Repairs, and Re-sharpened Stock items.
• Review open orders with vendors to meet delivery timelines.
• Support fabricated components process.
• Communicate with co-workers and management to improve teamwork.
