Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Exposure to a purchasing environment and a maintenance ordering system.
• Ability to interact positively with suppliers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; data entry test may be required.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a solid work record and dependability.
• Ability to build effective work relationships and show leadership.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain records in the EAM system databases for inventory and equipment.
• Run reports in EAM and Jasper and provide charts as needed to support tool room and new die build groups.
• Administer stock replenishment and create requisitions for non-stock items.
• Coordinate returns, repairs, and re-sharpened stock; monitor vendor deliveries.
• Support fabrication components processes and open orders with vendors.
• Communicate with suppliers daily to ensure on-time delivery.
