Job summary

Pridgeon and Clay in Michigan seeks an EAM Coordinator – Tool Room to support multiple departments and ensure operations align with our quality policies. The role manages records in the EAM database, monitors stocking levels, and provides critical reporting to support tool room and new die builds.

You will work across maintenance, tooling, and supplier teams, ensuring timely data entry, accurate replenishment, and adherence to ISO and IATF requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Exposure to purchasing and maintenance ordering systems.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook; data entry test may be required.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to build relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership and reliable attendance.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain records in the EAM database; monitor stocking levels.
• Run reports via EAM and Jasper; provide charting as needed.
• Administer stock replenishment runs for purchased/fabricated components.
• Create requisitions for non-stock items and spot buys.
• Coordinate returns, repairs, and stock replenishment; track vendor orders.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and lead times.
• Cross-train and support Maintenance Coordinator; assist with special projects.
• Update electronic die books with instructions, photos, and procedures.
• Convert CAD data and obtain vendor quotes for external work.
