Wells is seeking a proactive Tool Room Attendant to manage the issuance and return of tools and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance. You will handle tool logs, organize supplies, and assist with material handling to support daily production and field operations.

The role requires reliability, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment. Physical duties and forklift use are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with hand tools and basic trades preferred
• Strong safety mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Issue tools and equipment to supervisors and employees
• Maintain tool logs and track issuances/returns
• Order and receive tool room supplies via ERP systems
• Organize and stock tool room shelves
• Deliver materials to departments as needed
• Assist with off-site runs and material handling
• Operate a forklift safely
• Perform additional duties to support operations
• Clean and sanitize facilities areas as required
