Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, materials, and measurement techniques (e.g., GD&T).
• Ability to operate a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs).
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for design and programming.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new dies, tools, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing dies and tooling.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and dies.
• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders).
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished tools and dies.
