Job summary

You will collaborate with maintenance engineers and coordinators, enter SAP codes, work orders, and help drive continuous improvement in space utilization and asset care across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry, review, and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance environments.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn maintenance and inventory systems.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient tool crib while adhering to safety and management expectations.
• Manage tool and supply inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of items in and out of the tool crib.
• Inspect tools and equipment, maintain inspection logs, and coordinate external repairs or replacements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on tools and equipment to support maintenance operations.
• Continuously improve tool crib efficiency by optimizing space utilization and removing obsolete equipment.
• Review work orders and maintenance history forms for accuracy, including SAP repair codes and equipment IDs.
• Enter maintenance feedback data into CMMS.
• Identify discrepancies in maintenance data and escalate variances to Maintenance Engineer.
