Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a tool crib or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of tool management, calibration, and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day tool crib operations supporting MFG.
• Maintain, and control inventory management system.
• Supervise and develop tool crib personnel.
• Process, order, and receive all needed perishable tooling, and consumables.
• Maintain tool calibration, maintenance, and tracking systems.
• Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support manufacturing goals.
