Job summary

You will manage inventories, inspect tools, coordinate repairs, and enter maintenance data into CMMS and SAP codes. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, onsite, with a focus on safety and process discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade training encouraged.
• Strong data entry and accuracy in records for tools and maintenance history.
• Ability to learn maintenance and inventory systems; basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient tool crib while complying with safety and management expectations.
• Manage tool and supply inventory with accurate in/out tracking.
• Inspect tools and equipment; maintain inspection logs and coordinate external repairs.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to support maintenance operations.
• Improve tool crib efficiency by optimizing space and removing obsolete equipment.
• Enter maintenance feedback into CMMS and ensure correct coding (SAP IDs, priorities).
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate to the Maintenance Engineer.
• Collaborate with Work Coordinators to resolve missing information and support TECO closures.
• Track maintenance metrics to support continuous improvement.
