Job summary

Qualifications

• High attention to data accuracy and record keeping.
• Experience with tool crib management or inventory control.
• Ability to learn CMMS and SAP systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized tool crib and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage tool and supply inventory with accurate in/out tracking.
• Inspect tools, maintain logs, and arrange repairs when needed.
• Troubleshoot minor tool issues to support maintenance.
• Improve space utilization and remove obsolete equipment.
• Review work orders and history for accuracy and coding.
• Enter maintenance data into CMMS accurately.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Support coordination with Work Coordinators to close TECO orders.
• Track maintenance metrics for continuous improvement.
